Winter Break Complete Player Workouts was designed to keep players in Grades 5 and up sharp over the break.  Coach Corey will take players through a 2-hour workout focusing on offensive and defensive concepts using CAL's proven methods. Players will also be forced to apply the concepts taught in control scrimmage sessions.  Winter Break Shooting Workouts was designed to keep players in Grades 5 and up sharp over the break.  Coach Corey will focus strictly on shooting, starting with stationary hand positioning drills and progress into various game concepts from the perimeter.  Players will also be forced to apply the concepts taught in class during control scrimmage sessions.
