August Beginner Basketball Skill Development Basketball
At CAL, it's all about the FUNDAMENTALS! Join us this month for our Beginner Basketball Development clinic. This co-ed course is focused on developing the athlete's understanding of dribbling and shooting with proper form and mechanics. Each week will focus on specific movements that allow athletes to become more confident with dribbling and shooting by maximizing their repetitions. Players will work with CAL Coaches to ensure effective dribbling of the ball, and proper shooting technique in a variety of drills! Once the class masters dribbling and shooting techniques, Coaches will begin introducing game concepts.
