Have some free time in your schedule this week? Join Coach Corey at the gym on Thursday, April 28th for a 2-hour skills & scrimmage basketball workout! Athletes will participate in skill drills to warm up their body and mind with fast repetitions and a review of game concepts. Then, they will participate in live scrimmage play to apply their knowledge to the game and have fun! Athletes have the option to register for the 1-hour skills session (6-7 pm), 1-hour scrimmage session (7-8 pm), or the 2-hour package (6-8 pm) at a discounted price!
