Our April High School workouts will focus on working through specific moves that guards and forwards see during a game and breaking down the advantages of these moves. Athletes will be put through drills that focus heavily on their ball-handling, passing and shooting, with the goal of having them prepared for different in-game situations that will be thrown at them throughout the course of the game.
