The CAL Sports Academy Hitting Clinic aims to increase the offensive prowess of any volleyball position. The clinics will cover different hitting positions, types of hits, front/back row attacks and ball control. Beginner players will learn the proper swinging mechanics and how to create hitting power. Intermediate players will use correction of techniques and repetitions to become high level hitters. Advanced and elite players will learn the proper use of all offensive attacks as well as create a vast array of hitting skills.
