Return to April Intermediate Volleyball Skills

This course is designed to give intermediate level players an understanding of the fundamentals volleyball and proper mechanics. Intermediate level players will begin to learn the flow of the game and how the systems within volleyball work. Putting the skills learned in beginner classes into "game-type" scenarios. These clinics are perfect preparation for our in-house leagues.
