Work on next level speed and agility at home with the instruction of CAL Sports Academy coaches! Players participating in this virtual class should be able to properly do push-ups, sit-ups and squats. This class is perfect for the athlete that is looking to strengthen their entire body while building upon speed and agility foundation. All drills and exercises will include conditioning elements to help create the all-around athlete.
Speed and Agility classes are for players ages 11 รข?? 13 at the intermediate fitness skill level.
Class requirements are:
- Working video for Zoom to allow coaches to critique and correct visually
- Items to use as cones (shoes, water bottle etc.)
- At least 4 ft x 4 ft of space to allow for adequate movement
- Towel or mat for floor exercises
