Advanced and Elite Level Ball-Handling and Dribbling is here! Players must have a strong dribbling and ball control foundation for these virtual classes. Players will move through high level basketball skill drills while at home. Drills will cover advanced dribbling techniques including combination dribbles and advanced separation moves. Players will also gain court knowledge of why and when to use these ball-handling skills. Advanced and Jr Elite Basketball players will have cardio and stamina building within their dribbling work to create game like scenarios and awareness.

MVP classes are for players ages 12 - 15 at the advanced and Jr Elite basketball skill levels.

Class requirements are:

• Working video for Zoom to allow coaches to critique and correct visually
• 2 basketballs
• At least 6 ft x 6 ft of space to allow for adequate movement
