CAL Sports Academy's Rookie Virtual Classes are for our beginner level basketball players that want to focus on ball-handling and dribbling while at home. Players will get 45 minutes of stationary drills that will develop into movement-based skill work. Rookie Ball-handling and Shooting puts emphasis on ball control and building a consistent foundation for dribbling.

Rookie classes are for players 8 - 10 years old at the beginner basketball skill level.

Class requirements are:

• Working video for Zoom to allow coaches to critique and correct visually
• 1 basketball
• At least 4 ft x 4 ft of space to allow for adequate movement

Classes are:

Thursday 12/17 at 6 pm

Tuesday 12/22 & 12/29 @ 5 pm

Saturday 12/19 &1/2 at 10 am
