This Hitting and Blocking program is designed to elevate attacking and blocking fundamentals for Outside, Middle, and Right Side Hitters! Athletes will focus on footwork, body positioning, arm swing, and decision-making in the front row. They will learn how to improve their game at the net through demonstrations, drill work, and high repetitions.
