At CAL, it's all about the FUNDAMENTALS! Join us this Fall for our Learning the Basics beginner basketball clinic. This co-ed course is focused on developing the athlete's understanding of dribbling and shooting with proper form and mechanics. Each week will focus on specific movements that allow athletes to become more comfortable with dribbling and shooting by maximizing their repetitions. Players will work with CAL Coaches to ensure effective dribbling of the ball, and proper shooting technique in a variety of drills that our experienced staff has put together!
