Return to Little Summer Spikers

This class will focus on all fundamentals of volleyball including passing, setting, hitting and serving.  Coaches will use skill progressions and ques throughout the session to teach the fundamentals of the game of volleyball.  The height and size of the court and net may be adjusted to suit the ages of the class.  Coaches will use mini games and drills to keep the class fun and intriguing.  Class will use Volley Lite volleyballs.
