This volleyball skills training program is designed to prepare players for higher level of play. After a few weeks of skill training with Coach Tim, players will begin to apply their knowledge to the game. Practice reps and game reps differ in that, with game scenarios, many more variable are thrown in from higher level opponents to out of system plays. Athletes will be given the opportunity to break down plays in game and analyze the decision that have been and should be made in different situations. Skill drills and skill focused controlled scrimmage are the emphasis in these training sessions to make players better!
