This 2 hour co-ed intermediate/advanced clinic starts with a dynamic warm up and stretch. The players are then divided into mini teams of 2 on 2 or 3 on 3, scrimmaging while we address teachable moments regarding strategic elements of the game. The second hour culminates in an end game of 5 on 5.
