April Volleyball Hitting & Blocking Volleyball
This Attacking & Blocking program is designed to elevate attacking and blocking fundamentals for Outside, Middle, and Right Side Hitters! Athletes will focus on footwork, body positioning, arm swing, and decision-making in the front row. They will learn how to improve their game at the net through demonstrations, drill work, and high repetitions.
