May Tuesday Developing the Complete Volleyball Player Volleyball
This intermediate-level co-ed course will continue to progress athletes through the fundamental skills of volleyball, but players will begin to focus on skill application through teamwork and game introduction. Coaches will use mini-games and drills to focus on teaching a pass-set-hit system receiving offense. Players will continue developing consistent serves over the net and will begin to learn the transition from offense to defense.
