September Boys Only Speed and Agility Clinics Performance Training
All players need to have a proper foundation of movement and flexibility to avoid injuries and build the strength needed to have a prolonged career in sports. Players will participate in body weight exercises, agility drills and speed training in order to build quickness and stamina for their chosen sport.
All classes will take place at Souderton Mennonite Church: 105 W Chestnut St, Souderton, PA 18964
