Are you season ready?  Our Summer AAU Pre-Season workouts are designed to help players understand and gain the skills necessary to being able to compete at the AAU level.  Learn the proper mechanics from skill drills and game scenarios to ensure that your player is prepared for their upcoming season!

7 - 8 pm is controlled scrimmages with play breakdowns
