Virtual Advanced and Jr Elite Strength and Conditioning Performance Training
In order to become and advanced and Jr Elite level athlete players need to build an understanding of the mechanics of body motion and strength. Virtual Advanced and Jr Elite Strength and Conditioning gives players this opportunity. In order to be the best in any sport, players need to build their strength and stamina to gain the edge on opponents. The strength component of this class will use body weight and modified weight exercises to build stronger movements. The conditioning aspect will build stamina and breathing/heart rate awareness for all athletes
Strength and Conditioning classes are for players ages 12 â?? 15 at the advanced and Jr Elite fitness skill levels.
Class requirements are:
- Working video for Zoom to allow coaches to critique and correct visually
- Items to use as cones (shoes, water bottle etc.)
- At least 6 ft x 6 ft of space to allow for adequate movement
- Towel or mat for floor exercises
