August Shooting Machine Small Groups Basketball
Shooting Machine Small Groups are open! These workouts will allow our athletes to get in a greater number of shots in a shorter amount of time. The Shooting Machine also helps athlete's form and technique that will translate to in-game performance.
Small Groups are limited to 4 - 6 players per time slot!
Small Groups are held during the following times
Monday 12 - 1 pm (High School)
Wednesday 12 - 1 pm (7th and 8th Grade) & (5th and 6th Grade)
