This course is designed to give beginner level players an understanding of the fundamentals volleyball and proper mechanics.  Drills are used to promote proper form while helping players learn the game.  Each clinic will change with the skill retention of players to help them become better.  Volleyball is a team sport but takes individual work to flow smoothly.  Skill work is the best way to create rhythm and cohesion within the game of volleyball.
