This class will be similar to CAL 101, just for players that may be older and just becoming interested in the game of volleyball.  Players will learn the fundamentals of volleyball including passing, setting, hitting and serving.  Skill progressions and ques will be used through the session to teach the fundamentals of the game of volleyball.  Players will play on women's regulation height volleyball net.  Coaches will also set a strong foundation on rules of the game. Coaches will use mini games and drills to keep the class fun and intriguing.  Class will use Volley Lite volleyballs as needed.
