This advanced level co-ed class targets offensive strategies and works to develop playersÃ??Ã?¢?? strength and effectiveness while driving to the basket. Athletes will learn tactical concepts to develop an offensive rhythm, create space, and increase shooting range and accuracy. Athletes will practice ball handling with the weak hand, finishing around the rim, and maintaining body control and focus against a defender.
