Return to CVB - 101: Little Spikers (S4)

This beginner level, co-ed course will focus on all fundamentals of volleyball including passing, setting, hitting and serving.  Coaches will use skill progressions and ques throughout the session to teach the fundamentals of the game.  Coaches will use mini games and drills to keep the class fun and intriguing.  The height and size of the court/net are adjusted to suit the ages of the class.  Class will use regular and volley-lite volleyballs.
